ECUA Sewer Billing Information: we send your monthly usage to ECUA. Your annual sewer charges are based on the average number of gallons of water used in your household during the averaging period, which includes irrigation. The averaging period begins with your November reading and ends with January. The average consists of November, December and January. These are considered your off-peak months, which allows you to have a lower sewer bill.
New Customers that have not made the start of ECUA’s November averaging period will be charged for their actual usage as there is not a previous usage history for you. For any additional information regarding ECUA’s billing, please call ECUA at (850) 476-0480.
